Prof. Jim McAllister
9th Dan
Jim is the Founder and Chief Instructor at the Jim McAllister Academy of Martial Arts and presently holds the rank of 9th Dan Hachidan in Bu-Jutsu and 7th Dan Shihan in Fudoshin Karate. He was awarded the rank and given the title of Professor by the late Professor Lawrence in 2003. He is now in charge of the B.F.A. Worldwide.

Sensei Martin Byas
5th Dan
Has studied Martial Arts for over forty years. He was one of the first students of Penjak Silat when it came to England in the early 80's from Indonesia by the legendary Guru Richard De Bordes.
On moving to Essex in 1992, he started as a student of Prof. Jim McAllister. He has also studied in Malaysia with Prof. McAllister in the art of Penjak Silat under the guidance of another silat Master Jak Otham.
He has also studies the chinese art of internal strength in the form of Chi Kung in China and Cyprus.
He also runs the First Aid courses for Gradings in the Academy.

Sensei Dave Perry
3rd Dan
An experienced Martial Artist. Dave's career started in Judo (3 years), JuJutsu (5 years), boxing, thai boxing and wing chung (5 years). He finally settled once he found the McAllister Academy of Martial Arts and has been a valued member for the past 12 years.

Sensei Lynsey Elizabeth
1st Dan
Lynsey started her journey with McAllister Academy of Martial Arts back in 2012. She also studies Fudoshin Karate and has attended many weapons courses.
Lynsey currently runs the KickBoxing class in South Woodham Ferrers on a Monday night.

Sempei Glenn Sessions
2nd Dan
Glenn joined McAllister Martial Arts in 2010. He working on his 3rd Dan at the moment.
He also studies in Fudoshin Karate and Bu-Jutsu and has a BlackBelt in both disciplines. He is also a valued member to Prof. McAllister helping with his classes as his Sempei.
